Program Objective:
To enhance the skills of the apartment manager, which can result in better managed and more profitable rental properties, improved resident retention rates and increased employee productivity.
CAM Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience in a management role or position (Assistant Managers do qualify)
- Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
- A passing score on the CAM exam within six months of declaring candidacy
Course Schedule and Fees:
- The CAM Course curriculum is comprised of seven modules and is administered by HAA in two different schedule formats:
- Spring CAM: Seven days over the course of five weeks
- Summer and Fall Extreme CAM: Three days each week for two
- Registration begins at 8:30 am each day and the course instruction begins promptly at 9:00 am. Modules vary in length, and classes will conclude by 5 pm or earlier.
- Light breakfast and lunch are provided each day.

- E-Book, initial exam fee, and meals included
