The Houston Apartment Association's territory covers a 12-county region including: Austin County, Brazoria County, Chambers County, Colorado County, Fort Bend County, Harris County, Liberty County, Matagorda County, Montgomery County, San Jacinto County, Waller County and Wharton County.

HAA has broken out the 12 counties into 4 regions. North, South, East and West. Within each region we hold different Outreach meetings. The topics and speakers for each meeting have been as diverse as our membership.

History: In 2013, under the leadership of then HAA President Mack Armstrong, the Houston Apartment Association began a strategic outreach effort to better serve members throughout the HAA's 12-county service area.  As a result, HAA volunteers and staff are working to create opportunities to allow multifamily professionals to network, learn and advocate as part of regional groups.  HAA is taking a vast array of programs and services on the road, to locations convenient to member properties.  Now, through region meetings, members from Matagorda to Pasadena to Sealy to The Woodlands, can meet with their colleagues closer to their communities.
