As an IRO your HR budget may be minimal or non-existent, your team may mean you and one other person, and your managing expectations may mean training your single staff member on how you want it done. This session will help you and your employee better communicate, work together as a team and do more with less people. We will talk about technology that helps smaller teams communicate, connect and relate better with each other to do more together.
