Extreme CAM Course
Condensed format of CAM taught across 5 consecutive days (Mon - Fri). Enhances the skills of the apartment manager, which can result in better managed and more profitable rental properties, improved resident retention rates and increased employee productivity. Sponsored by Ameritex Movers, Century AC Supply, Massey Services, Texscape Services, and XXL Construction.

CAM Student Requirements
-Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience in a management role or position (Assistant Managers do qualify)
-Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours) 
-A passing score on the CAM exam within six months of declaring candidacy
